Pool Construction Supervisors

The leader in shotcrete installation of commercial and top-end residential pools in the Midwest market is seeking experienced Construction Supervisors. This is a full-time year round position requiring extensive experience with concrete pools. Must be self-motivated, with strong organizational and communication skills. Clean driving record essential. This position requires some out-of-town travel. Compensation negotiable based on expertise. Salary + Benefits.

Pool Construction Laborers

The leader in shotcrete installation of commercial and top-end residential pools in the Midwest market is seeking experienced swimming pool Construction Laborers. This position requires some out-of-town travel. Compensation negotiable based on expertise. Salary + Benefits.

Westport Pools, Inc. is headquartered in Maryland Heights, Missouri. Our primary focus is on commercial, municipal and collegiate aquatic projects. Our primary markets are the St. Louis and Kansas City metropolitan areas, but our presence in surrounding states is growing.

Requirements:

  • 5 or more years of swimming pool construction experience
  • Responsible, reliable, and hardworking
  • Able to lift 50+ lbs., repetitively
  • Able to stand and walk for 8+ hours per day
  • Willing to work overtime as needed
  • Willing to travel as needed
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record are required to drive a company vehicle.
